

1. Set Your Service Areas - You enter the cities or regions you want leads for. You can select as many as you like. There are multiple options for you to choose from (e.g., North Island, South Island, or all of New Zealand). You can only select leads by groups or by location – not both.
2. Lead Costs & Flexibility - We charge per lead and provide free training on how to approach the leads. Our system is flexible – you can turn your leads on or off, boost, or slow down to suit your business needs.
- Each Residential Renovation lead costs $100 + GST (subject to change).
- All leads are exclusive to you. If there is a second provider in your region, we may offer the lead twice.
3. How We Bill You & Where do I see my invoices?- Your credit card details will only need to be loaded once. Your card is debited 72 hours after the lead arrives. You will get emailed invoices/receipts once we have charged you automatically.
You are in control – if a lead is invalid, you must log into the My Reno Quotes CRM (which we will send you shortly) and mark your lead as INVALID. This will prevent your card from being charged.
4. Can We Send Leads to Your CRM? - Yes! If you’re using a CRM like Go High Level, we can integrate leads directly into your system. If not, we’ll still give you full access to your leads via our lead portal.
5. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT LEADS I’VE PAID FOR?
All leads are billed 72 hours AFTER they arrive. If a lead is invalid, you will not be billed as long as this has been requested within 72 hours. You will have access to a portal that shows the property address of each lead you purchase. Each lead will have a unique ID that matches the invoice and property details.
6. WHAT IS AN INVALID LEAD? - We guarantee accuracy for:
- Phone number
- Property address
- Property owner or person affiliated with the property
We do not guarantee that a prospect will purchase, answer the phone, or proceed with work. Each lead has completed a questionnaire to provide as much information as possible. Invalid leads are not billed. Any disputed leads must be marked as invalid within 72 hours of being sent. Disputes raised after this timeframe will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
7. CAN I STOP THE LEADS? - Yes. You can pause, stop, or change your lead volume at any time. Just give us 72 hours notice in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine).
8. CAN I USE YOUR CRM? - Yes. We provide an automation service so you can communicate with your prospects. This is available for $150+ GST per month, plus any setup fees.
9. Payments & Card Verification - We’ll ask for your credit or debit card details to enable automatic billing. A $250 NZD charge will be processed to verify your card. This will be refunded if you decide not to continue with us after the first 7 days—otherwise, it goes towards setup and admin fees.
10. Acceptance of Terms - By proceeding with payment, you accept the above terms and our full Terms & Conditions.
